Friends of the Shelter (the Franklin County Animal Shelter, that is) is hosting a PupArt fundraiser at Evangelia Gallery on High Street in the Clintonville area on August 18th. Here's a piece of jewelry that I made last week to give them for their silent auction. I hope it brings them some $$ in support of their cause, which is paying for medical care for dogs at the shelter. You know that doesn't come cheap.....Why not stop by on the 18th and bid on a piece or two of art (or, ahem....jewelry) and support a good cause. You could even leave a fiver (or a couple of them) on the table if you don't feel like bidding.
